Spectrum Logo given IPO Trade Mark Status

The Spectrum logo now has official status as a registered Trade Mark.  

The status offers additional Intellectual Property protection against other people copying or stealing ideas. 

Spectrum Courses founder Jane Saggers said: "A dedicated team of SEN experts professionals have made this project happen and we felt it was essential to protect their work, ideas and Intellectual Property."

HM Government's Intellectual Property Office has registered the icon as Trade Mark UK00003236779.
