Spectrum Courses operates a zero-tolerance approach to fraud and misuse of its training services. We actively promote good practice through clear user accountability, monitoring, and enforcement. Where fraudulent activity is identified or reasonably suspected (for example, completing training on behalf of another person), we reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban users, invalidate certification, and report concerns to the relevant local authority or contracting organisation.
We fully co-operate with local authorities and relevant bodies in the investigation of safeguarding-related concerns or potential criminal activity and will provide information where lawfully required. While no online training platform can ever completely prevent deliberate impersonation or fraudulent behaviour, our stringent approach is designed to protect the integrity of safeguarding training and support public sector confidence in recorded outcomes.
